We chose the hotel because of the location, price and buffet breakfast ( it is very rare for hotels in Bali to offer buffet breakfast). Location was nice, quite close to everything in Sanur ( downtown, mall, beach - by walk or by Grab/Gojek). Price was ok, buffet breakfast just as expected - pastry, local dishes, warm food for breakfast - rice, chicken, soup, many types of potatoe), freshly made eggs upon your request, pancake, waffles, peanut butter, cocoa souce, jams etc.... Big spacy room. Extremely nice stuff! Very nice( but small) pool area. In the neighbourhood a lot of massage saloons :) There is safe in the room wardrobe, cleaning was excellent, air conditioning very good. There was no mold!!!!! ( in Bali in a lot of hotels there is...). Best bed ever in a hotel I would say compared to wherever I stayed!!!!!( all over the world). LOved the balcony. When we checked out, at 11, they asked proactively if we want to leave our baggages until we still around in the city.

Breakfast was great. It was lovely to sit by the pool in the mornings to eat breakfast. Antari makes the best cappuccinos! There was plenty of choice in hot foods, bread and pastries and fresh fruit and juices. The egg station is great as we had a choice of freshly made eggs to order. From the minute we checked in until we checked out we were greeted with a warm “hello” and happy faces. Mirah and Fati were very helpful when I asked if we could have a late checkout. If we needed a taxi they rang and ordered one for us. There is nothing to fault about Taksu, it is a great place to stay if you don’t want to be in a big crowded resort. It was peaceful and quiet.

Property was stunning. Clean, spacious. Pool and grounds were gorgeous. Staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable with nice firm mattress. Breakfast was always very well stocked with a huge variety of options to choose from across Indonesian to Continental foods. The in hotel spa is the best value for money I've ever spent for self care. A 90 minute Bali massage fixed my post flight neck / back ache.

Staff were extremely polite and friendly.

The breakfast options were varied from Indonesian/Balinese and Western style. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The car access was easy and we ordered online taxis often. We enjoyed our stay at Taksu Sanur Hotel.
