Hotel was in a good location, with an excellent staff who always tried to make our holiday the best. The breakfast was a buffet, but everyday something new and the food in general is really delicious. Few times we had a dinner in hotel’s restaurant it was really nice as well. The spa facilities in a hotel are the best!!

Location was vey central for where we needed to be with plenty of entertainment near the location and the shopping was great. The staff were fantastic very warm and friendly nothing was to much trouble always there to help made the stay a real pleasre

As soon as I walked in the Taksu I felt at home, I was greeted by the super friendly Mairah at reception who was more than happy to have a chat and recommend places to visit in the area. The hotel was welcoming, clean and my room was spacious. Facility wise it had everything I needed for a short trip to Sanur. What makes this hotel great though is the staff, you can tell they're like a family which gives the place a great atmosphere. As well as the reception staff, Gus and Made on the bar were both very friendly and really made my stay a great experience. Highly recommend and would definitely be happy to stay there again, thanks guys!

Room was clean, bathroom is modern, had a room with a view on the swimming pool which was nice and facilities were also nice. Most important thing to say: the personnel were great!! We forgot our wallet (with + 700 euro, creditcard etc) in the lobby when checking out and found out an hour later when arriving in Ubud. After leaving the taksu sanur hotel the personnel tried to call and text us (we had no connection, so figured that out later) that another guest had found our wallet. When arriving back at the hotel our wallet was handed over to us in an envelop. It was complete. The personnel kept it safe for us. We feel very lucky to meet such reliable people. Thank you again personnel of taksu sanur hotel!

We stayed here for 3 nights. Rooms were big and comfortable. Even the Breakfast had limited options, but was decent along with a live counter. The lobby was huge and had a decent sitting area around the pool. Though we didn't attend but Friday's there is light live music (not that would disturb you) Location was apt as it was near to most eateries and cafes, a supermarket and local market ..all was just at a walkable distance. Sanur beach is a bit far to walk, but over all a good value place for 3-4 days.

Wonderful staff, they were all so friendly, polite and helpful, the cleanliness of the rooms was very good, breakfast was good, the pool was a perfect temperature and excellent comfy beanbags!

The room was big and comfortable. The bed was also big and very comfortable. Loved the swimming pool to have a swim and cool day after a day at the beach.

The convenience of the whole stay. It was very nice to have bar and restaurant just in the hotel, the same as having spa. Location was very good as the hotel was close to yoga center and beach. Also Sanur quarter is way more quite and also a bit cooler compare to more touristic areas and I considered it as a big advantage. Another advantage was very nice, helpful and welcoming staff of Taksu Sanur.
